SwOly WL Meet

Snatch
You get no more than 4 warm up sets, not including any with the bar
Then you get ONLY 3 attempts to get the highest Snatch you can (if you miss, you could go up but risk not getting a number recorded)

Clean + Jerk
Same set up as Snatch

Lifters are looking to score the highest TOTAL of the two lifts. (coach can get out whiteboard and keep scoreboard)

DB Bench Press 2×8 + 2 Drop Sets (set up in front of the rack. Hit 8, switch weights and hit 8, switch weights and hit 8
Band Seated Row 3×10-12 (heavy band attached to bottom of rack)

Choice Bi’s and Tri’s 2-3 sets
