DB Elevator Press 3x8e (upright shoulder press + incline bench + flat bench)(choose challenging weight for 8 Shoulder presses)
DB SA Row w/ drop sets 3×8+8+8 (Hit the same arm for all 3 sets before switching)(drop 10-15lbs each time)

Bench or Box wtd Dips 3×12
BB or DB Curl 3×12
