Snatch 5×1

Incline DB Bench Press 4×6
Band Straight Arm pulldown 4×10 (attach to pullup bar, pull to hips w/ straight arms)
Band Face Pull 4×10

Partner BB Curl Ladder – empty bar
Partner A does 15 reps, Partner B does 1
Partner A does 14 reps, Partner B does 2
Continue until Partner A does 1, Partner B does 15
