OH Press 2×5 Building Up, 3×5+ @ 75-80%

Deadlift 2×5 Building Up, 2×5+ @ 75-80%

*Last set of each exercise is a “Plus-set.” Aim to perform as many reps as possible up to 10 reps.
**Last set should be at the top of the percentage range.
