Partner WOD:
20 minutes:
Partner A: Run to Triangle Trade and Back
Partner B: Super Burpee AMRAP (Reps only count once the partner leaves for the run)
At 20′ Mark: 1′ Deload Pushup AMRAP
*If both partners are back at the 20 minute mark both can do pushups at the same time. If one person is still running then the other partner can help with pushups when they return.
