5 Rounds:
20m Sled Push Sprints
Rest 10″ Between each sprint
30m Sprint (2 People at a time)
2′ Rest

10′ Race for Distance:
Running around AL:
At the top of each minute complete the following before continuing your run:
Minute 1: 15 Burpees
Minute 2: 30 Mountain Climbers
Repeat for 10′ Total: Finish with burpees at the top of the 9th minute

Score= Distance Covered (RUN HARD!)
