*Partner A Rows while the other does as many burpees as possible. Switch in and out whenever you would like. Once the row is completed then move to the bike. While 1 person bikes the other person does as many pushups as possible. Score = total time – number of reps between the burpees and pushups. 1 Rep = 1 second
