Performance Fitness Endurance to Bond Park on the 19th

Due to the North Carolina Weightlifting Championships we’ve cancelled classes on October 19th. We will be offering an off-site Endurance class at 9:00am on that Saturday. The class will meet at Bond Park at the boat house in Cary and start promptly at 9:00am.
