As soon as you finish go right into

Partner B: 10 Goblet Squats (24/16) + 10e Mountain Climbers
Switch when rower is done
As soon as you finish go right into
3 Rounds Each:
Partner A: 12 Cal Bike
Partner B: 10 Pushups + 10 V ups
Switch when biker is done
