Dynamic Stretches

Partner WOD (If more than 6 groups, start some in the middle)
3 Rounds Each:
Partner A: 300m Run
Partner B: Amrap Super Burpee to Jump Pullup
Switch when runner is done
As soon as you finish go right into
3 Rounds Each:
Partner A: 300m Row
Partner B: Amrap 10 Goblet Squats + 10e Mountain Climbers
Switch when rower is done
As soon as you finish go right into
3 Rounds Each:
Partner A: 12 Cal Bike
Partner B: Amrap 8e Side Plank Dips + 8 V ups
Switch when biker is done
