10’ Dynamic Warm-up (Multidirectional locomotion + Dynamic Stretches)

2’ Intervals, Rotating for 5 Rounds through all:
1. AMRAP:
10 Lateral Lunge Shuffle
8 Sit-Throughs
6 Candlestick Burpees*

2. For Time:
Run 1 Narrow Lap around Parking lot

3. Rest

*Scaling: 6 Rocket Jumps + 6 Sit-ups.
