Alternating on 5:00 Interval x 6 Sets Total (3 Each):

1. For Time:
12 SA KB Snatches (24/16kg)
Run 1 Lap around parking lot
16 MB Slams (15/10#)

2. For Time:
12 Super Burpees
Run 1 Lap around parking lot
16 KB Swings (24/16kg)

*Goal is to complete each round in 2:00-2:30, giving you a large rest period. Scale reps if over 3:00.
