12’ Dynamic Warm-up (Multi-directional locomotion + Dynamic Stretches)

3 Person Team WOD
25’ AMRAP
A: Run 1 Lap around soccer field
B & C: AMRAP In alternating fashion, completing 1 full round before switching
4 Deload Push-ups
8 Shoulder Taps
12 Mtn. Climbers (Total)
16 Walking Lunges (Total)

When partner A returns, the next partner must begin the run before partner A can begin the AMRAP.

Score = Total rounds + Reps of 4-8-12-16 AMRAP

*This WOD requires no equipment, but will require that members remain separated during the AMRAP (unless members of the same household).
