1 Lap run with 20lb sandbag (2.2 miles)(switch sandbag as needed)
Right into partner circuit
100 Sandbag Zercher Walking Lunge steps (one works at a time)
40 Traveling Burpees (one works at a time – the other is holding sandbag until they switch)
30 Partner Plank Sandbag pull-throughs (Elbow plank side by side, pull through and handoff to partner. Over and back is 1)
