With a Partner alternating every minute x 24 mins (12 rounds each)
Ski, Row and/or Bike

Partner A will ski, row or bike for 1’ while partner B is resting; then they will switch. Continue on alternating minutes of work for 24 total minutes. Try to rotate through different machines.
