3′ Amrap (5e lunges, 10e MTN Climbers, 10m Crab Walk)
Dynamic Stretches

Teams of 3 (20′)
Teammate A: Row for distance (out back)
Teammate B: Run from rower, around building, to where Teammate C is
Teammate C: Choice Amrap (Goblet Squats + Pushups) (Burpees + V-ups) (KB Swings + KB Row)
*Person not rowing or amraping runs around to relieve amraper. Amraper runs around to relieve rower. Rower runs around to relieve amraper.. etc.
