(Multidirectional locomotion + Dynamic Stretches)

25’ AMRAP with a partner:
15 Super Burpees – Wall Sit
15 Goblet Squats – Mt. Climbers
15 Abmat Situps – Plank Hold
15 KBS – Hurdle Hops
15 Push-ups – Plank Jump-in

Partner A completes 15 burpees while partner B holds the wall sit; then Partner B will complete 15 burpees while partner A holds wall sit. Then continue on in that fashion until the 25’ is up.
