100 Box Jumps
100 V-ups
100 Walking Lunge Steps

75 Cal Row
75 Wallball Sit-ups (sit facing each other with feet flat on floor, sit-up with WB then toss to partner)
75 DB Push Press

50 Burpees
50 Cal Bike
50 Hanging Knee Raises

Split work between partners however, one person works at a time; movements can be completed in any order, as long as each section is completed before moving on. EX. All 100 reps must be completed before moving on to the 75’s.
