Round 1-3: 14/12 Row Cal + Amrap Super Burpees
Take 1′ Off
Round 4-6: 200m Run + Amrap Rocket Jumps
Take 1′ Off
Round 7-9: 100 Jump Rope + Amrap MB V-ups

DB Strength Circuit (try to go heavy) 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5
DB Renegade Row (pushup + row each side = 1)
DB Clean (Ground to shoulders)
DB Push Press
