12′ Jog Warm up
Dynamic Stretches

Team Sled Relay – Split into 4-5 even teams of about 4 each (try to have average strength level of each team similar)
20m Sled Push – Everyone on the team pushes once at each weight
25kg (Green+green+5kg on each side)
Change weight quickly once each person has finished a push – finish the ladder as quickly as possible!
(If someone can’t push the weight, a team member can help by pulling lightly on the front of the sled)

10′ Pet Rock Amrap
15 WB Catch and Release
12e WB Russian Twist
10 Pushup on WB
200m Run with WB
