25’ AMRAP with a partner:
6x300m Relay Run (3e)
Then, in remaining time, AMRAP the following:
50 Goblet Squats
50 KBS
50 V-ups

Work can be split between partners as needed, one person working at a time. The run is relay style, resting while your partner is running; each person will run 3 laps.
