Face cards (Jack/Queen/King/Ace) = 11 reps
Jokers = 15 Squats (60kg for men; 40kg for women)

Hearts – Burpees
Spades – KB Swings (24/16kg)
Clubs – Pushups
Diamonds – Plate Thrusters (20/15kg)
