Intro to Squat Cleans
8 x 1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk (for those not familiar, power clean + front squat is an acceptable alternative while trying to master the squat clean).

Split Squats: 3 x 7 ea
V-Ups: 3 x 20

5 Rounds (all slightly different) for Cumulative Rep Count. Each round takes 3 minutes followed by 2 minutes of rest:
Round 1: 400m Run + Rocket Jumps for rep count
Round 2: 400m Run + Plate Thrusters (15kg / 10kg)
Round 3: 600m Run + Lateral Hops over mini-hurdle
Round 4: 400m Run + Pullups
Round 5: 400m Run +Super Burpees w/ hand release
