Athlete’s Choice Pullup (ring, weighted, clap, climbing, etc) 4×8-12
Pistol Squat 4×8 ea leg

Partner Leg Toss 2×15
Single Leg Hip Bridge 2×10 ea leg

5 Rounds for time…
6 Deadlifts (80kg/55kg)
12 Weighted Pushups (10kg/5kg)
