5′ Partner Plate Thruster Challenge
One partner will start thrusters while the other “rests” by holding the plate locked out overhead (elbows extended). You can switch on and “off” as many times as you would like during the 5 miuntes, but while one person is thrusting (thruster-ing?) the other has to hold the plate overhead for the reps to count. Dropping the plate below the chin (for the person “resting”) will result in a 10 burpee penalty to be performed by both partners before continuing.
