Every 2:00 x 5 Sets, perform either of the following (based on skill level):
1. 20 Box Pike Shoulder Taps Inch Worm Box Walks
2. 2 Wall Walks + 10-20 HS Shoulder Taps
3. 3 Handstand Walks to Wall (Start 1’ out and move back in 6” increments for every 2 successful reps)
