Dip Position Holds 4×12 + 12s (hold straight arm for 12s, then drop right to bottom position for 12s – stay active, don’t rest there)

5 BB Thruster (45/30kg)
5 Weighted Pushups (10/5kg)
At minute 2 and 5 everyone runs 200m
