12 minutes to find clean max (squat cleans are acceptable but not required)….if you find your max before 12 minutes move to the next exercise (score = pounds successfully lifted on your best attempt)

Vertical Jump test (score = cumulative height of your 3 attempts in cm)….each person gets 3 attempts
