As many rounds as possible doing the following on the minute interval:
*Back Squat: 3 reps (176 for men; 132 for women)
*Pullups: 6 reps for men; 4 reps for women
Glute Ham Raise (or MB Hip-Extension Curl): 3 x 10
Russian Twist on Landmine: 3 x 8 ea side
