Hang Power Clean + Power Clean 6×1+2 (try to do all reps without dropping bar)

Power Jerk 3×2, 3×1 (build to heavy single)

12’ Alternating EMOM (choose your rest)
1. 6 BB Thrusters + Amrap Pullups
2. 6 Hang Power Cleans + Amrap Box Jump overs (24/20″)

Rx = BB @ 40/28kg
Rx+ = BB @ 50/35kg, and chest to bar pullups
