While partner #1 runs 300m, partner #2 performs 10 Pullups & 20 Goblet Squats (24kg/16kg). Partner #2 must complete all reps before making the exchange to the run. If the running partner returns and the 10 pullups and / or 20 Goblet Squats have not been completed he can ‘pitch in’ to complete the reps.
Score = Amount of time it takes to complete 10 laps (5 per partner)
