Every 2:00 x 5 Sets, perform either of the following (based on skill level):
1. 5 Inch Worm Box Walks
2. 1 Wall Walk to 30” Chest to Wall HS Hold
3. 3 Wall Walks + 20 HS Shoulder Taps

10 Candlestick Roll-ups
15 MB Slams*
20 SA DB Cossack Squats*
25 Double-Unders (or 50 Singles)
