Choose 2 KBs sizes for this. Start with the light KB for 2×3, then transition to the heavier KB for 3×2. All sets should feel submaximal. Focus on quality of movement.

Conditioning
On 5:00 Interval x 5 Sets:
For Time:
16 SA KB Swings (8L + 8R)
Run Short Lap around parking lot
16 Straight-leg Sit-ups

*Aim to complete each round in less than 2:30. Scale reps if unable to complete in 3:00.
