10′ Pullup Skill Practice (try to practice something you don’t normally do. If you’re still working on strict, practice some kipping swings btw sets. If you have kipping, practice MU drills, etc.)

SL Deadlifts 4x6e (use BB if you haven’t been)
L-Sit SL Alt. leg lifts 4x8e (keep hips high and behind hands – heels on floor and squeeze thigh to belly alternating legs)

5 Rounds for Time (16′ Cap)
300m run
20 KB Swings (24/16kg)
10 Deload Pushups
