Every 5:00 x 4 Rounds:
For Time:
10 Lateral Hops over MB
10 MB Side Slams
10 Reverse Burpees*
Run to Stop Sign & Back

Goal is to complete each round in 2:00-2:30, giving you a large rest period. Scale reps if over 3:00.

*Substitute is 10 Rocket Jumps + 10 Hollow Rocks
