4 Rounds for time (carrying a single DB at all times….40 lbs for men / 25 lbs for women):
600m Run w/ DB
30 squats (15 with DB on each shoulder)
30 OH Lunges (15 with DB in each hand)
***Every time you put the DB down do 5 Burpees
