Lunges: 4 x 10 ea
Static Bar Hang: 4 x 20 sec using weight or technique to challenge

7am vs 5pm vs 6pm vs 7pm class- FIGHT!
Every person in class does 1′ of each of the following and count cumulative rep count for all 4 exercises:
Squats; rest 1′
V-Ups; rest 1′
KB High Pulls; rest 1′
Lateral Jumps

*The sum of all individual’s total rep count is divided by the number of people in the class for an average performance for the time slot
