1. Ring Row x10
2. Hanging Leg Raise x10
3. Slider Hamstring Curls x10
4. Plate Front Raise x10 (all the way overhead)

*Perform a set of back squat, then a set of exercise 1, then squat, then 2, then squat, then 3… etc
*Rotate through the accessory exercises until done with 3 sets of each and 12 sets of squat
*Not on timed interval, but should stay moving throughout.
