Handstand Holds 4×30-45s
Hollow Rocks 4×12

Partner WOD (Alternating rounds – Partner A does a round, partner B does a round..)
For 6′
20m Sled Push (10+back) (Reds/Yellows)
6 Pullups
Then for 6′
6 Super Burpees
12 BW Squats

*If more than 5 groups, have half start on second 6′
*Score = total rounds + reps (4+20 + 5+4 = 9+24)
