Overhead Squat 5×3

Partner WOD
ROW & RUN for 18′
One partner will ROW while the other RUNS… Cumulative meter count between ROW & RUN will count for your score.

The running partner can complete any increment and as many laps as they want before switching.
1/3 of building = 100m
2/3 of buiding = 200m
1 lap = 300m
etc.

Every 3 minutes you must stop where you are and perform the following before continuing:
7 Pushups
7 V-ups
7 Squats
