Front Squat: 10 x 2 on the minute

Sled Push: 5 x 20m followed by 20 Burpees

For 12 minutes do the following exercises with increasing rep count:
Squats
Pullups
V-Ups
Deload Pushups

So, first round is 1 squat, 1 pullup, 1 V-up, and 1 deload pushup; 2nd round is 2 squats, 2 pullups, 2 v-ups, and 2 deload pushups; and so on

Score = total rep count

1 round = 4 reps
2 rounds = 12 reps
3 rounds = 24 reps
4 rounds = 40 reps
5 rounds = 60 reps
6 rounds = 84 reps
7 rounds = 112 reps
8 rounds = 144 reps
9 rounds = 180 reps
10 rounds = 220 reps
11 rounds = 264 reps
12 rounds = 312 reps

*It’s better to do full deload pushups and pullups and get less rounds than to have an asterisked performance.
