Partner WOD
One person runs 300m while the other does 12 Pullups and 18 Goblet Squats (24/16kg). The 12 Pullups and 18 Goblet Squats must be completed before the exchange can be made. If the running partner returns and the 12 Pullups / 18 Squats have not been completed they can ‘pitch in’ and do the remaining reps to ‘release’ the other partner for the run. Must complete all pullups before moving to goblet squats.

Score = time to complete 8 300m runs as a team
