10’ Handstand Skill Practice
Every 2:00 x 5 Sets, perform either of the following (based on skill level):
1. 20 Box Pike Shoulder Taps Inch Worm Box Walks
2. 2 Wall Walks + 20 HS Shoulder Taps
3. “X” Handstand Push-ups (“X” Pick a number is that challenging but also manageable for the 5 sets)

40yd KB/DB Farmer’s Carry

*Self Select weight for farmer’s carry; Should be a weight that can be done for 40yds unbroken. Do Not Drop the DB on the Turf*
