Floating Snatch Pull 5×5

Back Squat “Wheel” 8×4 E2MOM (Last 4 Sets @ 75%+ 1RM)
Odd Intervals: 6-10 Strict Pull-ups
Even Intervals: 8-12 Push-ups (Wtd.)
(Every 2 minutes, perform 1 set of back squat + 1 set of calisthenic movement (alternating for 4 sets each).)
