Min 1-3: 3 Reps (Light Load)
Min 4: Rest
Min 5-7: 2 Reps (Moderate Load)
Min 8: Rest
Min 9-11: 1 Rep (Heavy Load)

“Ranchero”
4’ on/2’ off x 2 Sets:
5 Deadlifts (80/55kg)
10 Push-ups
(Pick-up where you left off on the previous interval.)

Rx+: 100/70kg BB, Super Burpees over the Bar
