Partner WOD with 14 minute limit:
In relay fashion, one person does a sand bag run (women run 200m, men run 300m) while the other person does 15 Burpees. Once each person has run 4 times, perform as many wall ball as possible in the balance of the time (20 lb / 14 lb). For wall ball, only one person can go at a time.
