For cumulative rep count do as many walking reps as possible in 6 minutes with a plate overhead. Men use 15kg, women 10kg. Arms must be fully extended overhead and knee must come within 1?? of the ground for the rep to count. Any time you put the plate on the ground you must do 10 Burpees.
