Hang Power Clean + Squat Clean 3×2, 3×1

Handstand Pushup 4x 6-8 (try amrap strict before kipping)
Pullup Practice 4x 6-8 (Kipping, CTB, MU, etc)

EMOM x12 rounds
Odds: 20 Double Unders + 10 Pushups (50 singles)
Evens: Max Cal Row

Score = Row Cals

*If you do not complete your dubs + pushups in the minute, you can work into the next minute, simply giving yourself less time to accumulate calories.
