2km Row Time Trial
For your score to count on the record board you must have your monitor set to 2,000m counting down.
On the home screen select “Select Workout” > “Standard List” > “2,000m”
If there are more than 12 people in the class, perform in two waves. The second wave perform:
10 KB Swings every other minute (roughly 4-5 sets of 10)
Swole Workout – 4×10 each at a moderate pace

BB Bicep Curl
Wtd Lunges
