Jump squats: 4 x 6 (light weight)
As many rounds of this beast as possible in 10 minutes:
3 muscle ups (or 9 pullups and 9 pushups)
5 squats (as RX’d is 198 lbs / 154 lbs)
You can do the pullups and pushups as an alternative any time for the muscle ups and still be “as RX’d” however you must do the squat weight to be “as RX’d”
4 sets of 6 KB deadlift, 6 KB high pull, 6 KB swing
In between each set to a 30 second elbow stand plank hold
